Grade 3 went to Shenzhen Lianhuashan Park for flying kites on April 30th. The students got a great experience on exploring the local community and had fun of flying their kites.

Thank-you to all our participants and volunteers who made our 1st Ever Kid's Bike Rodeo on Saturday a success! Helmets and bikes passed inspections and kids took away a few more skills and awareness about traffic safety. We hope that we can continue this event in the future.

Last weekend, April 26-27, a group of 130 delegates, grades 6-9, from 7 schools participated in a Jr. Model of United Nations simulation hosted by SIS.

The first graders have been exploring My Healthy Life in CAL (Chinese as Additional Language) class, and fruit is one of the related topics. At the end of this topic, students are able to recite the name of the fruit and describe how it tastes.
