Preparations for our Winter Concert

The ECLC 1 Winter Concert was held on December 6th in the SPAH Gym. As per tradition, each class prepared one individual performance and then the whole of ECLC 1 sang a song together.
There are four different languages included in the Pandas’ song for the concert! We are always interested in learning about our friends many different home languages. We sang: Okina Taiko (Japanese song); 一闪一闪亮晶晶 （Chinese song); Meunier ,Tu Dors (French song) and Baa Baa Black Sheep (English song).
One week before the concert, we crafted Christmas trees and snowmen to help decorate the SPAH. We managed to rehearse in the Gym a few times with our props. We were glad to have a chance to practice beforehand so the children could become more familiar with their surroundings and more prepared for the concert. It helped ease a lot of the children’s nerves about their performance.
