Roots To Food Visits SIS
Posted 03/10/2016 08:41AM

On Monday March 7th Roots To Food visited the Parkside and Bayside campuses to educate students and teachers about making healthy food choices. Founder Darren Tinkler spoke about healthy eating and nutrition in a workshop that was also centred around making cooking fun. After his inspiring passionate introduction to food, participants took part in a cooking competition. As the smell of scrumptious food filled the room a drooling audience waited to vote for the the Red or Green team. Who would win? With food this good everyone wins.

"I want to make a difference to lives through education in how nutrition and healthy eating can be fun as well as beneficial to health and longevity." - Darren Tinkler
