Learning Comes Alive is an event that students and parents look forward to all year at SIS. On this day, parents are invited and encouraged by the teachers to come take a step into our classrooms and experience learning, first-hand. It's the student's chance to show their parents how they learn, and it's the parent's opportunity to experience the learning through the eyes of their child. In October, SIS parents were invited to a morning of learning during our literacy instruction. This month, On January 20th parents are invited to attend the classrooms for Learning Comes Alive during either math or science. In the last trimester of school, parents will get the chance to experience Learning Comes Alive during their child's specialist classes. We look forward to sharing our learning with our parents!
